Insurance can be a nightmare once a property has flooded, many insurers have reassessed the level of flood risk they will insure and we have many clients who have found their premiums and excess significantly increased and some who had flood insurance withdrawn.
All have found their premiums and excess reduced following the installation of a TFS solution to protect their property. We have contacts with a number of commercial and domestic insurers who recognise our systems as an effective solution to flooding and we take an active role in ensuring our clients obtain flood insurance at commercial rates.
All our domestic clients have obtained flood insurance on commercial terms.
