Sometimes the worst damage caused by flooding can be the result of a small area being overlooked or its potential for damage underestimated. We have a number of products that ensure you will be safeguard against every eventuality.

Flood Alarm

The Total Flood Solutions flood alarm is specifically designed to sound when triggered by an impending flood. Furthermore it will automatically dial up to 5 telephone numbers meaning even if you are away from the property you, or a designated person, will be able to make the necessary arrangements for the flood.

Non-Return Valve

Perhaps the worst effect of flooding is caused by backup through a property’s sewage pipe. We supply and install specialist Non-Return Valves to prevent this happening. Our engineers connect them to the sewage line on which they automatically close in the event of a backup.

SMART Airbrick

The SMART airbrick is designed to automatically close when water rises into it and reopen when the water recedes. It is the size and style of a standard airbrick and can comfortably replace those currently built into a property.

Sump and Pump

Rising groundwater levels is a problem for many properties and floodwater entering a through the floor can be as devastating as entry through the walls. If required, we install a sump and pump underneath the property, which will pump the excess groundwater away from the property, preventing water ingress.
